Hazard: The handlebar's clamp can unexpectedly cause the handlebar to rotate, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to a crash hazard.

Hazard: Water can enter the throttle position sensor and freeze, causing permanent damage if the rider forces the throttle lever. This could cause the throttle to stick open, posing a risk of injury or death to riders.

Hazard: The cutting blades could rotate under power when the control lever is released. The lawn mowers do not comply with mandatory federal safety standards for lawn mowers. The spinning blade poses a serious laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Due to a manufacturing defect, a crack can occur in the fuel tank causing a fuel leak. If gasoline leaking from the fuel tank is ignited, a fire or explosion can occur.

Hazard: The front suspension arm ball joints could have been contaminated during production, resulting in rapid wear of one or more of the ball joints and possible ball joint separation. If the ball joint separation occurs while riding, the operator could lose control of the ATV.

Hazard: A safety defect could exist in the transmission, that could allow the rider to downshift from 1st gear into reverse, without operating the reverse assist (lockout) lever. The reverse lockout spring may not have been properly installed. Unintended engagement of reverse gear while moving forward could lock the rear wheels and cause the rider to lose control.

Hazard: The steering rods can separate, causing the driver to lose steering control. This could cause the ATV to crash and pose a risk of serious injury or death.

Hazard: Some wheels have not been properly welded. The wheel could collapse while riding, possibly resulting in serious injury.

Hazard: The lawnmowers' fuel tanks' seam can split or crack, leaking fuel, and creating a fire and burn hazard to consumers.
