CFMOTO Recalls

Hazard: The throttle lever on the recalled ATVs can fail to return to the idle position when a driver releases it, and the vehicle could then unexpectedly continue to accelerate, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The shock absorber rod assembly can unthread and detach, causing suspension collapse, posing crash and tip-over hazards to the rider.

Hazard: The electronic power steering (EPS) can malfunction and cause the rider to lose control of the vehicle, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The throttle gas pedal can fail to return quickly to the idle position which can create a crash hazard if the vehicle does not slow down as quickly as expected by the driver when the gas pedal is released. Hazard: The fuel line fitting on the vehicles can fail to securely lock onto the fuel injector inlet. This can allow fuel to spill onto the hot engine parts and ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The throttle pedal can be pushed past the throttle stop and not return to the idle position, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The fuel hose can crack and fuel can leak from the vehicle, posing a fire hazard.
