Hazard: Marketed Without An Approved NDA/ANDA: FDA analysis found the product to contain hydroxythiohomosildenafil, an analogue of sildenafil which is an ingredient in an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction, making this an unapproved new drug.
