Hazard: The fuel tank can leak from a gap in the seam at the base of the filler neck, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The brake calipers in the front of the utility vehicles may have been installed incorrectly, causing the vehicle to pull to one side during braking. This poses an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: A problem in the manufacturing process could cause damage to the circuit in the interlock module. If the interlock module fails, the mower blades will be able to run with no operator on the tractor seat. Consumers could suffer injuries from contact with operating blades.

Hazard: The seat bracket, to which the seat belt is attached, could have been positioned incorrectly during the manufacturing process, resulting in a poor weld. In a tractor roll over, the weight of the operator could cause the bracket to break off the seat's pivot plate.

Hazard: The fuel tanks can crack and leak fuel, presenting a potential for fire or burn injuries.

Hazard: Loss of brake system pressure can decrease the effectiveness of the brakes.

Hazard: Some of the steel bolts used to secure Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS) to the tractor's real axle can shear off, decreasing the strength of the ROPS and its ability to protect the operator, in the event of a roll-over incident.

Hazard: An internal failure may occur within the Hydrostatic Transmission preventing the transmission from returning to neutral after the pedals are released. This can allow unexpected movement or cause the tractor to continue moving, creating a possible risk of injury to the operator or a bystander.

Hazard: Improper crimping of the brake cables could lead to reduced braking capacity and, in some cases, to failure of the foot pedal brake.

Hazard: The fuel tank can crack and leak fuel, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: During manufacturing, an extra internal vent line was attached to the plastic vent fitting on some fuel tanks. If the fuel inside the gas tank expands, it can leak out through the extra vent line and onto the ground, presenting fire and burn hazards.
