Del Monaco Specialty Foods Inc. recalls Armanino Alfredo Sauce; Frozen in 10 oz x 12 pouches per case (sample, not for retail sale) and 3 lb. pouches 4 x 3 l

Hazard: The product was not labeled with ingredients nor with an allergen declaration; the carton only contained one label which states the product identity by the second label with ingredients and allergen information was inadvertently left off. The product is for food service and is sold in cartons of 4 x 3 lb. individual pouches and samples, not for retail sales.
