LA Link Corporation recalls Shiitake-Ya brand Dried Shiitake mushroom slices, 6 oz plastic jars, UPC 7 1452 22183 9. Product labeling reads in part:
Hazard: Shiitake-Ya Gourmet Shiitake slices are being recalled because FDA test analysis showed presence of pesticide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon residues: 0.208 ppm carbendazim, 0.072 ppm Fluoranthene and 0.092 ppm Pyrene. There are no tolerances for any of these pesticide residues.
