Nestle Infant Nutrition recalls GERBER Organic 2ND FOODS¿ Carrots, Apples & Mangoes, 3.5 oz., film pouches, 6 pouches per display box/ 2 display boxes
Hazard: Gerber is voluntarily recalling two batches of GERBER¿ Organic 2ND FOODS¿ Pouches, varieties Pears, Carrots & Peas; and Carrots, Apples & Mangoes because the products produced do not meet quality standards. The packaging may contain air holes, which could result in product spoilage from mold and yeast growth, as well as an off smell and taste.
