Hazard: The recalled children's and youth helmets violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets. Particularly, the helmets do not comply with the positional stability and coverage requirements. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a risk of injury or death due to head injury.

Hazard: The bowl base of the fire pits lacks a heat shield to protect consumers from burns while turning off the propane tank after use, posing a burn hazard.

Hazard: The seam in the lounge of the hammock can open and rip, posing a fall hazard.

Hazard: Improper wiring in the light fixtures poses a shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The retaining rings used to secure the gliders to the playset can become loose or detached, posing a fall hazard to children.

Hazard: The triangular hangers that attach the swing's ropes to the upper rail of the play set can break, posing a fall hazard to children.

Hazard: A tight valve attached to the stove's fuel source can allow gas to leak, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Some of the gliders were shipped with assembly instructions that did not inform consumers to tighten all lock nuts during assembly, including those attached by the manufacturer. Hazard: The vacuum's fuel tank could crack and leak fuel. If gasoline leaking from the fuel tank is ignited, a fire or explosion can occur. This poses a fire and burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The chairs can collapse due to faulty rivets, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
