Hazard: Marketed Without an Approved NDA/ANDA: All lots of the dietary supplement Slimdia Revolution are being recalled because they contain sibutramine, a previously approved FDA drug removed from the U.S. marketplace for safety reasons, making it an unapproved new drug.
