CPSC, Pelagic Pressure Systems Announce Recall of SCUBA BC Inflators
Hazard: Inflator buttons can stick, which can cause uncontrolled inflation of the BC. This could cause divers to ascend too fast, resulting in decompression sickness as well as the danger of an embolism.
