Hazard: AS A RESULT, ADDITIONAL STRESS WOULD BE PLACED ON THE WELDS CAUSING RAPID WEAR AND POSSIBLE JOINT SEPARATION. FRAME SEPARATION OF THE NECK, DOWN TUBE, AND BACKBONE JOINTS COULD CAUSE THE DRIVER TO LOSE STEERING AND CONTROL OF THE BIKE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A CRASH.
