Hazard: The grinder can overheat while in use, causing the brush covers to melt and expose the end of the brush holder, posing a risk of burns to the consumer.

Hazard: The tool's circuit board can overheat and melt the tool's enclosure. If the tool is being held while overheating, it could present a risk of burn. Additionally, some tools may lose their speed control changing to high speed in use, turn on by themselves, or may not turn off, posing a personal injury hazard.

Hazard: The models have a grounding system and trigger switch that could cause ground wire abrasion and/or ground connector failure posing a shock hazard. In addition, the switch trigger could become stuck in the "on" position posing an injury hazard to the user.

Hazard: The drill can continue to operate after the trigger has been released, posing a risk of injury to consumers.

Hazard: The trigger switch on the circular saw can be locked on or the switch can be turned on without the use of the safety lock-out. This can cause unexpected operation of the saw, posing a risk of laceration.

Hazard: The lower blade guard can malfunction, creating a risk of injury as severe as amputation.

Hazard: The blade drive mechanism may loosen or the motor can separate from the tool. Loosening of the blade drive mechanism can result in kickback of the item being sawed, resulting in possible laceration. Motor unit separation can cause the coasting saw blade to damage the saw wiring resulting in possible electric shock, or the separated motor could strike the user and cause injury.

Hazard: These abrasive cut-off wheels do not have correct speed rating labels. If used at the labeled speed rating, the wheels can burst, causing possible injury to user and bystanders.

Hazard: The transformer inside the charger can overheat. If this occurs, the charger housing can melt and deform, possibly igniting flammable materials near or on the charger.
