Supreme Foods recalls Pacific Brand Charcoal Grilled Eel. Premium Quality Unagi Kabayaki UPC: 692156201099
Hazard: FDA Compliance follow-up inspection found that imported shipments of eel on import alert that should have been held had been distributed. FDA found Mebendazole amine in two of the shipments.
