Hazard: The headboard can disconnect from the bed frame and fall onto the bed, posing an entrapment hazard to children.

Hazard: The fabric discs on the tentacles of the octopus rattles can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The yarn from the sheep figures can unravel, posing an entanglement and strangulation hazard to young children.

Hazard: The openings in the headboard and footboard pose an entrapment hazard to young children.

Hazard: A child's torso can become lodged in the gap between the footboard's top rail and the mattress, posing an entrapment hazard to the child.

Hazard: The drop-side rail hardware on the cribs can break or fail, allowing the drop side to detach from the crib. When the drop side detaches, a hazardous gap is created between the drop-side rail and the crib mattress in which infants and toddlers can become wedged or entrapped, posing risks of suffocation and strangulation. In addition, children can fall out of the crib when the drop-side rail falls unexpectedly or detaches from the crib. Drop-side rail failures can also occur due to incorrect assembly or with age-related wear and tear.

Hazard: The metal wire in the toy asparagus can become exposed, posing a laceration hazard to children.

Hazard: When screws are missing from the upper bunk's guardrails, the vertical slats on the guardrails can detach and pose the risk of children falling when getting in or out of the upper bunk.

Hazard: A child's head could get entrapped in the canopy's window openings, posing entrapment and strangulation hazards.

Hazard: Some of the recalled furniture contains paint with high levels of lead. The lead level exceeds that allowed by the federal ban on lead-containing paint, which is designed to protect children who might ingest paint chips or peelings. Lead paint is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
