Hazard: In the event of a crash involving multiple impacts, the seat belt may not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury.

Hazard: A blank main display will not show important information like vehicle speed or fuel level. Driving with an inoperative display can increase the risk of a crash.

Hazard: Loose fasteners may cause a loss of vehicle control, or cause an accessory to detach from the vehicle and become a road hazard. Either of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash or injury.

Hazard: In the event of a crash, the mount could become damaged and the seat belt may not properly restrain the driver, increasing their risk of injury.

Hazard: An improperly inflated air bag increases the risk of injury during a crash.

Hazard: If the backup camera system does not activate and the driver does not check his/her surroundings while reversing, there is an increased risk of a crash.
