Hazard: The recalled chests are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in death or serious injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The product contains sodium hydroxide which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of chemical burns and irritation to the skin and eyes. In addition, the label on the product violates the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) by omitting the mandatory information on the packaging.

Hazard: The locking mechanism can fail allowing access to the contents inside the chest, posing a risk of poisoning.

Hazard: When two or more high-powered magnets are swallowed, either intentionally by younger children or accidentally by older children, the ingested magnets can attract to each other, or to another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

Hazard: Bottles labeled as Shop Pro RV & Marine Antifreeze were improperly filled with a product containing methanol. These improperly filled bottles do not have the mandatory cautionary label for products containing methanol warnings, including that the vapors are harmful and the product can be fatal or cause blindness if swallowed. Also, the directions on the bottle for properly flushing a potable water system can fail to adequately remove the methanol, presenting a risk of ingestion. Products containing methanol pose a poisoning hazard through inhalation or if ingested.

Hazard: The maracas can break or become unscrewed and release the metal beads inside, posing choking and suffocation hazards to young children.

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery in the Ionic smartwatch can overheat, posing a burn hazard.

Hazard: The handle can detach from the steel cup, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The recalled hot air brushes do not have an immersion protection device, posing an electrocution or shock hazard to the user if it falls into water when plugged in.

Hazard: The recalled scarves fail to meet flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The toggle power switch can spark when the switch is used, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The hinge-closers can malfunction and not fully self-close gates when installed. This can lead to unintended access to pools and other areas, posing injury and drowning hazards to young children.

Hazard: Young children can become entrapped in the space between the exterior landing (hoistway) door and the interior elevator car door or gate due to a hazardous gap, and suffer serious injuries or death when the elevator is called to another floor.
