Hazard: The control handle of the log splitter could fail to automatically return to the neutral position as it should and could fail to stop the splitting wedge from moving forward, posing a risk of amputation to consumers' hands and fingers.

Hazard: The burners can deteriorate causing irregular flames and the lids of some models can catch fire, posing fire and burn hazards to the consumer.

Hazard: The hammock's supporting hooks can fail, causing occupants to fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: The hose of the gas tank can get too close to the firebox and be exposed to heat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The handrails and posts on the playground contain high levels of lead paint. Lead can be toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Hazard: Delayed ignition due to a build-up of propane gas can cause the insert's glass cover to break, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The multi-purpose lighters fail to meet federal safety standards because they might not contain a child-resistant mechanism, posing a potential fire and burn hazard to young children.

Hazard: The gas grills can be assembled improperly exposing the gas burner hoses to excessive heat, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: When used outdoors, the wood in the hammock stand can deteriorate over time and break, posing a risk of falls and lacerations to consumers.

Hazard: The tires on the portable garden hose reel can explode while being inflated, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The two-piece brass control valve can separate between the flame weeder and the propane tank, and allow propane to leak from the tank. This poses fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: An odorant is added to propane to help alert customers to propane leaks, but rust inside a propane tank can cause the odor to fade. Some converted above-ground to underground tanks can have an increased susceptibility to odor fade, causing consumers to be unable to detect the odor of propane in the event of a gas leak. This can pose a fire and burn hazard to consumers, if there is a leak in the propane gas system.

Hazard: The lawn mower's rear shield can break off allowing debris to be thrown toward the operator, which poses a laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The canopies fail to comply with a voluntary flammability standard. That could pose a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The water pumps with the recalled motors are labeled as containing a one-horsepower motor, but actually contain a 3/4-horsepower motor. Under certain conditions, the smaller motor could overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: On the recalled grills, the main burner does not fit correctly and does not connect properly to the gas valve, which could result in a propane leak. This poses fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The clevis bearing on the swing set can wear, causing the swing to detach and the user to fall.

Hazard: The bottom of the cook box that contains the burners can melt or crack as a result of a grease fire. This poses a fire and burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The metal frame for the hammocks can crack and break, causing a consumer to fall to the ground.

Hazard: The cutting blades continue to rotate when the mower is lifted from the ground and the spacing on the side of the lawn mower could allow room for a consumer's foot to go beyond the shield and be struck by the blade. Both instances pose a serious laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The cutting blades could rotate under power when the control lever is released. The lawn mowers do not comply with mandatory federal safety standards for lawn mowers. The spinning blade poses a serious laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The legs of the firepit can bend or snap off during use, causing the firepit to tip over and in turn the fire can escape. This poses a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Due to a manufacturing defect, a crack can occur in the fuel tank causing a fuel leak. If gasoline leaking from the fuel tank is ignited, a fire or explosion can occur.

Hazard: The wooden rods at the head and foot of the hammock used to extend the fabric can break, causing the hammock to collapse and the user to fall to the ground.

Hazard: The turtle's body can fill with water, causing it to crack or explode, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
