Unexpected vehicle movement may increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Avride will update the ADS software, free of charge. All affected ADS-equipped fleet vehicles will be updated by August 31, 2026.

Description
Avride Inc. (Avride) is recalling certain Automated Driving Systems (ADS) equipped with software versions prior to RC-01-05. The ADS software may direct the vehicle to change lanes, merge, or veer left or right without yielding or maintaining a safe distance from other vehicles.
What to do
Avride will update the ADS software, free of charge. All affected ADS-equipped fleet vehicles will be updated by August 31, 2026.
