The wooden top of the candle holder can ignite, presenting fire and burn hazards to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the candle holders immediately and discard or destroy them. Do not donate or resell.

ATICO International USA Inc. has received three reports of candle holders igniting. No injuries have been reported.

Description

This recall involves lighthouse-shaped candle holders. They are made of wood (painted white or natural) with a glass and metal top. They measure about 11 inches high and 5 inches wide. A tealight candle is placed in the top of the lighthouse and can be seen burning through the glass windows. There is no identifying information on the product. A sticker on the bottom of the candleholder reads, "Made in China."

Consumers should stop using the candle holders immediately and discard or destroy them. Do not donate or resell.
