Recalled Hanna's Candle Co. "Millennium Martini Scented Candle"
Hazard
The candle holder can crack when the burning wick touches the side of the glass, causing lacerations.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using these candles immediately and return them to any SAM'S CLUB store for a full refund.

There have been two incidents of cracked glass but no injuries reported with this product.

Description

The recalled candles are in a martini glass, and are advertised as being for the New Millennium. The box is labeled "The Millennium Martini Scented Candle." The candle is sold in three different fragrances: Raspberry Guava, Passion Floral Fruit and Wine and Roses. The candle is about 11 inches tall with a diameter of 9 inches, and is filled with a gel material. The candle has four wicks.

Consumers should stop using these candles immediately and return them to any SAM'S CLUB store for a full refund.
