The salads are removed from the package and sold by the pound from deli display cases at the grocery stores. Elote Corn Salad label is read in parts: Ingredients: corn, salt, cilantro, green onion, feta cheese, jalapeno, granulated garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cayenne, mayonnaise (soybean oil, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, less than 25% corn syrup, salt, lemon juice, calcium disodium).
