INSTALL MANIFOLD PLUGS IN THE BATTERIES.

THE MANIFOLD HOLES OF THE BATTERIES WERE NOT PLUGGED AND COULD ALLOW HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN GAS TO ESCAPE IN AN UNCONTROLLED MANNER.
