INSTALL THE CORRECT PINCH BOLT.

AN INCORRECT PINCH BOLT WAS USED IN THE STEERING GEAR PITMAN ARM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW PROPER CLAMPING FORCE ON THE ARM SPLINE.
