THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED CERTIFICATION LABELS AND AS A RESULT DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 111, "REARVIEW MIRRORS".
