The label is read in parts: "***SOUR CHERRY BAKED BRIE*** Puff Pastry (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), malted barley flour, ascorbic acid, Shortening, Brie, Sour Cherries, Sugar, Water, Fruit Pectin, Citric, Lactic & Ascorbic Acid, Egg.
