Refrigerated Kroger Southwest Sweet Potato Rice 12 oz. UPC # 826766185610. In rigid plastic container. Label has cooking instructions which states: Heat vegetable oil until very hot in large saute pan. Toss in vegetable and stir fry 1 minute.
