Hazard
An unexpected loss of suspension air bag pressure while driving would result in an abrupt reduction in suspension height, potentially increasing the risk of a crash. A loss of suspension air bag pressure could also occur during vehicle servicing, increasing the risk of injury to maintenance personnel.
Remedy
Norgren has notified the purchaser and provided them with a snap ring reset tool, free of charge. Owners may contact Norgren customer service at 1-303-794-2611.

Description
Norgren Inc. (Norgren) is recalling one Kneeling Module, part number K990073. The air valve pistons have retaining snap rings in the manifold that may be improperly seated.
