Hazard
The dispenser's electric board can overheat posing a fire hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and remove the batteries; the dispenser will operate in a mechanical mode. Consumers should contact Global Plastics for instructions on how to receive a replacement dispenser. Global Plastics is directly contacting its customers.

Description

The recalled product is a Baywest & Hillyard Hybrid Wave N Cut hybrid paper towel dispenser. The product can operate in either a mechanical or electronic mode.

What to do
