The end cap assembly on the rear of certain A-5® markers can break and eject during use, posing a risk of injury to the operator.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled paintball markers immediately and contact Tippmann Sports for a free repair kit.

Tippmann Sports has received three reports of the end cap assembly breaking, ejecting and hitting the operator. One minor injury has been reported.

Description

This recall involves Tippmann A-5® markers with serial numbers 0409301 to 0422200. The serial number appears on the packaging accompanying each marker and is engraved on the left side of the marker near the front grip. Serial numbers ending in an "R" have already been repaired and are not included in the recall.

Consumers should stop using the recalled paintball markers immediately and contact Tippmann Sports for a free repair kit.
