Hazard: Magnets can detach from the trivets, posing an ingestion hazard to children. When two or more magnets are swallowed, they can link together inside the intestines and clamp onto body tissues, causing intestinal obstructions, perforations, sepsis and death. Internal injury from magnets can pose serious lifelong health effects.

Hazard: The four suction cups on the underside of the rugs can fail to prevent slipping, posing a fall hazard to the user.

Hazard: These electric pressure washers do not have a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) on the power cord, which poses a serious electrocution hazard if the unit comes into contact with water.

Hazard: Hot water and steam can escape from the steam cleaner's handle and inner hose, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The internal hose connected to the trigger in the handle can detach, allowing hot water and/or steam to escape, posing a burn hazard to consumers.
