Hazard: The pressure switch in the braking system leaks fluid. The unexpected loss of fluid can cause the brakes to fail, posing the risk of serious injury or death.

Hazard: The steer tube on the front of these bicycles can break off from the two main tubes of the frame, causing the rider to lose control, fall and possibly suffer serious injury.

Hazard: The stem can break away from the bicycle, causing a loss of control, falls and serious injury to riders.

Hazard: Fuel from the engine can spill out, if the fun-kart overturns, posing serious fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The forks on these bicycles can break apart, causing riders to lose control, fall, and suffer serious injury.

Hazard: The chainstay that holds the rear wheel in place can fail, causing the rear wheel to separate from the bicycle. This can cause the rider to lose control and crash.

Hazard: The bike's universal joint system can fail, causing a rider to lose control of the bike. This poses a risk of injury to either of the two riders.

Hazard: Suzuki Motor Corporation has determined that the Eiger automatic ATVs were produced with an internal manufacturing flaw. This flaw could cause the crankshaft to break during operation. A broken crankshaft will interrupt power transfer from the engine to the transmission and the drive wheels, leaving the driver stranded away from his or her base of operation.

Hazard: The rear wheel hubs, in the case of the KLF220 and KLF300-B, and the front and rear wheel hubs of the KLF300-C, are held to their respective axles by a castellated nut, that is secured to the axle with a specified torque, then locked in place by a cotter pin. On a limited number of the affected models, the axle nut was not tightened to the proper torque before the cotter pin was inserted. The cotter pin or axle nut failure could cause the hub to come off of the axle shaft, creating the potential for an incident, resulting in injury or death to the rider.

Hazard: The rear axle on some of these units could have been incorrectly heat-treated. This could allow the rear axle to break, causing a loss of vehicle control and injury.

Hazard: There may be an inadequate weld on the front upper A-arm bracket. If the upper A-arm bracket separates from the frame, the rider could lose control of the vehicle and be seriously injured.

Hazard: Some wheels have not been properly welded. The wheel could collapse while riding, possibly resulting in serious injury.

Hazard: The brackets that attach the aero bars' forearm pads, where riders rest their arms, can loosen or separate during use, causing the rider to lose control and crash.

Hazard: Screws in the ATV's manual transmission can loosen, causing the rear wheels to lock. This can cause the driver to lose control of the ATV and crash, possibly resulting in injury or death.

Hazard: The bottom bracket spindle inside the crankset of the bicycle can break, causing the rider to lose control and crash.

Hazard: The throttle on these motorcycles can stick, causing a rider to lose control of the vehicle and crash, resulting in injuries and death.

Hazard: The nut that secures the LT-F400K2 and LT-F400FK2 clutch shoe will come loose during operation. When the nut loosens, the clutch shoe will become loose on the crankshaft. In some cases this will cause severe damage to the clutch wheel and crankshaft or can cause the crankshaft to break. This will interrupt power transfer from the engine to the transmission and the drive wheels and may leave the rider stranded away from his or her base of operation.

Hazard: The hitch connecting the tandem accessory to the host bicycle can fail, causing the tandem accessory to become unstable, which poses the risk of injury to riders.

Hazard: The steerer tube on the front forks can separate, causing the rider to lose control of the bicycle, fall, and possibly suffer serious injuries.

Hazard: The rims can crack, causing the rider to lose control of the bicycle, fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: These bicycles do not have any brakes, which are required by the CPSC standard for bicycles of this type. The CPSC standard also requires that these bicycles have chain guards, to prevent riders from getting fingers, toes and clothing caught in the gears.

Hazard: The rims can unexpectedly fail during normal use, posing the risk of falls and serious injury to riders.

Hazard: The drive chain on these ATVs could come off the sprockets and lock the rear axle. This could cause the driver to lose control of the ATV and crash, possibly resulting in injury or death.

Hazard: The top of the handlebar stem binder bolt may twist off, while being tightened.
