Hazard: The recalled helmets do not comply with the U.S. CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Hazard: The rear wheel can loosen or fall off the scooter, posing a fall hazard to children.

Hazard: The paint on the recalled electric bikes contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Hazard: A fuel leak can occur at the fuel pump assembly joint on the fuel tank in close proximity to a hot surface, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The recalled bicycle stems can crack and break while in use and cause the rider to lose control, posing a risk of injury to the user in a crash.

Hazard: The fuel injector hose retainer screw can loosen and cause a fuel leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: When the rider engages the throttle and brake (including the parking brake) simultaneously on the recalled snowmobiles, the brake system can overheat in the caliper/pad/brake rotor area, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to the rider.

Hazard: The recalled ATVs fail to comply with the mandatory requirements of the federal ATV safety standard, including parking brake requirements, posing a collision hazard to consumers if the vehicle is parked on an incline. The ATVs also fail to comply with other mandatory safety requirements for ATVs intended for children 10 years of age and older, including improper labeling and missing safety reflectors. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety standard requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death.

Hazard: The recalled ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV safety standard. The Ace-branded K125 and C125 models exceed the maximum speed limitations for vehicles intended for children aged 10 and older, posing a risk of high-speed crash. For T125 and C125 models, the parking brakes do not prevent movement of the vehicle, posing a collision hazard to consumers if the vehicle is parked on an incline. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death.

Hazard: The recalled helmets do not comply with the positional stability and labeling and certification requirements of the U.S. CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Hazard: The alternator can fail during operation, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The bicycles do not meet the U.S. safety standard; the hand brakes are configured in accordance with the European safety standard which is reversed from the U.S. safety standard, posing fall and injury hazards to the rider.

Hazard: The rear brake can fail, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The ATV's A-arm can separate from the frame and cause loss of steering control, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: An improperly assembled wiring harness can contact the brake line and/or vehicle frame during use which can result in a loss of the use of the front brakes and/or fire, posing fire and crash hazards.

Hazard: During use, the binding can partially detach from the binding baseplate at the heel or the external binding mount can crack and detach from the wakeboard, causing the user to lose their balance and fall into the water.

Hazard: The bicycle's front fork can crack, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The recalled vehicles can have a defective fuel hose assembly which could lead to a fuel leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Electrostatic discharge outside the fuel tank can ignite fuel spills while refueling, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The recalled handlebars can crack where the brake/shift levers are installed and cause a crash, posing an injury hazard.

Hazard: Improper installation of the retaining bolts could result in the parking brake mechanism failing to hold the vehicle when parked allowing the vehicle to move unintentionally, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: An incorrectly programmed CDI box can lead to engine failure, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: The Rosso Motors eQuad X and eQuad Q youth model ATVs do not meet mandatory federal safety standards. The youth ATVs exceed the maximum speed limitations for vehicles intended for children ages 6 and older which poses a risk of high-speed crash. Additionally, for certain ATVs, the mechanical suspension fails to comply with the safety standard requirement. ATVs that fail to meet mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death to consumers.

Hazard: The utility vehicle's steering shaft can shear at or near the electric power steering housing, and cause the driver to lose steering control, posing injury and collision hazards.

Hazard: A fuel leak can occur at the fuel pump assembly joint on the fuel tank in close proximity to a hot surface, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Electrostatic discharge inside the fuel tank can cause vapors to ignite during operation and the tank to burst, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The rim strip on the tires can be misaligned, causing the tube to pop and damage the tire. Additionally, the tires with a ribbed sidewall can unexpectedly go flat, risking serious injuries from loss of control and/or crash.
