Hazard: The fuel injector hose retainer screw can loosen and cause a fuel leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The lithium-ion batteries can ignite, explode or spark, posing fire, explosion and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The rubber straps that fasten the bicycle bag to the bicycle can break causing the bag to come loose and fall, posing crash hazard and injury hazards to the rider.

Hazard: Improperly installed rear brake lines can cause brake fluid to leak and reduce vehicle control, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: The latch mechanism that holds the battery in place can malfunction, causing the battery to dislodge from the frame and fall to the ground, posing a fall hazard to the rider. Additionally, the latch spring can cause additional wear on the battery housing over time, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The recalled recumbent trikes front axles were improperly assembled during manufacturing. The axles can come loose during use, causing the rider to lose control, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: The gear shift assembly can detach from the crankcase, resulting in unintentional gear shifting, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: An incorrectly routed battery cable can contact the prop shaft during use, which can result in an electrical short, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV safety standard. The B125 ATVs exceed the maximum speed limitations for vehicles intended for children aged 10 and older. For the Madix 110, the parking brakes do not prevent the movement of the vehicle. In addition, the handlebars on both ATVs pose a laceration hazard should the rider's body or head impact the handlebars at a high rate of speed such as in a crash. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death.

Children can operate them above the maximum allowed speed, increasing the risk of a crash that can cause serious injuries. The handlebars pose a laceration hazard should the child rider's body or head impact the handlebars at a high rate of speed such as in a crash. In addition, the parking brake does not prevent the movement of the vehicle at the minimum required steepness. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death to children.

Hazard: The adjustable handlebar stem on the bicycles can become loose, posing fall and injury hazards.
