Hazard: The side rail and guardrails on these beds can break, causing the bed to collapse and allowing childen to fall out of the beds.

Hazard: When the seat is used as an infant carrier, the handle can break. An infant inside the carrier can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries. "The break can happen unexpectedly and the seat can drop to the ground,"said CPSC Chairman Ann Brown. "Century is providing parents with new handles for their carriers. Installing the new handle will help keep your baby safe and secure."

Hazard: One of the toys, a car, can break during use resulting in a small plastic part that poses a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: These go-karts have guards designed to help prevent entanglements, but riders' long hair or loose clothing still can become entangled in partially exposed rotating components behind the drivers' seats, causing death or serious injury.

Hazard: The spring that suspends the jumper seat from the doorway can break. Babies can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries. The crane of the construction toy has a bucket that is attached by a 25-inch strap. The bucket can be raised and lowered by using a turning crank on the crane. Children can wrap the 25-inch strap around their necks, posing a strangulation hazard.

Hazard: The teether can pull apart easily and expose small pieces. This poses choking and aspiration hazards to young children.

Hazard: The doll bib in the set has snaps that detach, presenting a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: When bent, these teething rings can fit into an infant's mouth and trigger a gagging reflex. This poses a risk of vomiting, which could result in choking and aspiration.

Hazard: The center column can break, causing a child to suddenly fall backward or be hit in the face by the broken column.

Hazard: The toy phones have a ball-shaped antenna, which can detach, presenting a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The stroller's front wheel connector can crack during use, causing the wheel to separate from the frame. A jogger could lose control of the stroller, or the stroller could suddenly collapse, resulting in injury to a child.
