Hazard: The restraint systems on the older swings consist of a waist belt only and a hinged or removable tray, which serves as a restraint. If parts are missing, the restraints are not used, or the tray pops off, infants can slip down into the seat and strangle or fall from the swing.

CPSC, Fisher-Price Announce Recall of Infant Products
Hazard: When the 3-in-1 Cradle Swing detachable seat is used as a carrier, the locks for the handle can unexpectedly release, causing the seat to flip forward. When this happens, infants can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries. The nylon bands that hold the surface level of the Bounce 'n Play Activity Dome can detach, allowing the surface to tilt. This can cause an infant to slide down against one end and be trapped in a position, bsing difficult to breathe, posing a suffocation hazard.

CPSC Warns Against Baby Mattresses, Pads That Make Unfounded Claims About Reducing SIDS
Hazard: CPSC is warning consumers that certain baby mattresses and mattress pads encourage the potentially deadly practice of placing babies to sleep on their stomachs, and claim that the products reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Despite the claims, CPSC is not aware of any evidence that proves that babies can safely be placed to sleep on their stomachs on these products, or that using the products will reduce the risk of SIDS.

Hazard: The balls may pose a suffocation hazard to children under three years of age. Pokemon balls are the ball-shaped plastic containers that hold Pokemon toys in Burger King kids meals. Either half of the Pokemon ball can become stuck on a child's face, covering the nose and mouth and may cause suffocation of a child under three years of age.
