Hazard: The welds of the metal rings that support the carriers/slings can break, posing a fall hazard to young children.

Hazard: The glass on these lamps can shatter when lit, posing a fire and laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The golf cart's software can be corrupted by static electricity, allowing it to move forward without assistance. Riders or bystanders could suffer injuries.

Hazard: Lawn mowers that have a serial number beginning with a 0 may exhibit improper blade retention that could injure the operator or a bystander, if the blade separates from the mower's housing. In addition, all Snapper mowers purchased after January 1, 2001, with serial numbers between 11020001 and 11024924, may have crankshafts that also adversely affect blade retention and require modification by a Snapper dealer.

Hazard: An insufficient connection between the lantern and the propane cylinder can allow gas to escape and ignite unexpectedly, posing a potential fire and injury hazard to consumers. This hazard can occur during the lighting or normal use of the lantern.

Hazard: If the glass sleeves are not properly secured around the wicks, or the wicks are not properly inserted, the top glass of the lamps could shatter.

Hazard: The toys can break, causing small balls to be released, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: These helmets failed impact testing required under CPSC's Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets. Riders wearing these helmets are not adequately protected from falls and could suffer head injuries or death.

Hazard: The yellow paint on the furniture contains lead, which can present a risk of lead poisoning to young children.

Hazard: The adjustment cords, located on the rear of the hats, use a snap-on plastic pull. The snap-on plastic pull could separate from the cord, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The toggle on the pockets of the pants can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The ball joints in the A-arm assembly on these vehicles can break, which could cause the front wheels to lose stability. Also, the tie-rod assemblies on these vehicles can break or work loose, and damage either the steering column plate end or knuckle. If the ball joints or a tie rod end breaks, the operator can lose control of the vehicle during use, and crash.

Hazard: The link pins in the forks can fall out, causing the rider to lose control of the bicycle, fall, and possibly suffer serious injuries.

Hazard: Lock mechanisms, found on both sides of the stroller, can break and cause the stroller to suddenly collapse. When the strollers collapse, babies can fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: If the safety latch breaks, a small spring could be released. Young children could choke on the small spring or gain access to a cabinet or drawer where dangerous items are stored.

Hazard: Children and adults can be injured when their fingers are pinched or cut between parts of the folding mechanism.

Hazard: The toys can break, causing small beads or balls to be released, which poses a choking or aspiration hazard to young children.

Hazard: The frames of these bikes can break, causing the riders to fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: The wrenches have power cords that can release from the handle, posing an injury or electrocution hazard to consumers.

Hazard: An electrical component of the winch kit, the solenoid, poses a fire hazard when used in this application, even when the vehicle is parked and the winch is not in use.

Hazard: The seat pad has two shoulder straps that create a v-shaped opening around the head and neck, presenting a strangulation hazard to young children.

Hazard: The noses, bells, and eyes of the bears can detach, presenting a choking hazard to young children. The eyes also present a sharp point hazard.

Hazard: The shoes have a thin metal strip on the outside of the heel that can protrude from the shoe and form a sharp edge that can cut consumers.

Hazard: Spilled fuel can ignite during refueling, when fuel vapors are drawn into the hot muffler.

Hazard: If the tires of the hand trucks are substantially over-inflated beyond the recommended maximum 30 P.S.I., the rims of the tire can separate under the intense pressure and strike the user or bystanders. The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers could be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.

Hazard: The plastic facemask could crack around the ear cover, when hit by a paint ball. This could allow the facemask to come off, exposing consumers to eye injuries.

Hazard: An electrical connection in these coffeemakers can overheat and ignite the filter basket support, presenting a risk of fire and burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: If the thermostat fails, the plastic housing of the percolator can overheat and melt while in use, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The nipple on the toy baby bottle included in these sets could come off, posing a serious choking hazard to small children.

Hazard: The red painted numbers on the acetate stencil sheet included in the "Let's Start™" kit contain lead; and the gold paint bearing the words "Kasy's Extrafine" on the black pen included in the "Optical Illusions" kit has lead.
