Hazard: When the duck-shaped candle burns, the pooling of wax can ignite the paint on the duck, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The Bungee Baby Jumper allows a baby to bounce while supported in a seat by an elastic "bungee cord," suspended from a doorway. Metal clasps can detach from the bungee cord, causing the unit to fall to the floor. Babies can suffer injuries from the fall. A wipe warmer is an electric appliance that warms baby wipes. Cracks in the interior basin of these wipe warmers can allow moisture to contact the electrical components. Consumers touching the wipes could receive an electrical shock.

Hazard: Two red knobs on the toy can break off, creating small parts that can pose a choking hazard for young children.

Hazard: Parts from the metal inseam snaps can detach from the garment, posing a choking risk for young children.

Hazard: These air conditioners can short circuit, posing a risk of fires, and shock and burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The cord locks on the pants can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: These bathrobes fail to meet the Standard for the Flammability of Children's Sleepwear, and pose a risk of burn injury to children, due to the possible ignition of the garment.

Hazard: These regulators can leak propane, which can result in a fire or explosion. The leak can cause the appliance flame to be larger than expected, possibly causing burns to nearby consumers and cause nearby combustibles to catch fire.

Hazard: These hairdryers are not equipped with an appliance leakage current interrupter plug (ALCI plug) to cut off electrical current in case of contact with water. If dropped in water, the hairdryers pose an electrocution hazard to consumers.

Hazard: During manufacturing, an extra internal vent line was attached to the plastic vent fitting on some fuel tanks. If the fuel inside the gas tank expands, it can leak out through the extra vent line and onto the ground, presenting fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: The fuel hose on the carburetor can be dislodged, and leak fuel, presenting fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: The paint on the handles of these brooms contain high lead levels. CPSC standards ban toys and other children's products containing high levels of lead. Young children could ingest lead from the broom handles, presenting a lead poisoning hazard.

Hazard: Metal weights found in the games contain lead, which presents a lead poisoning hazard to children. Lead poisoning in children is associated with behavioral problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems and growth retardation.

Hazard: The mallet sold with the toy drum has spheres on each end that can pose a choking hazard if they become lodged in a young child's throat.
