Hazard: The throttle cable adjuster on the carburetor can loosen during operation, causing it to stick, which can cause the rider to lose control and possibly crash.

Hazard: When the seat is used as a carrier, the plastic handle locks can unexpectedly break or release from the carrying position, causing the seat to unlatch or flip forward. When this happens, an infant can fall to the ground and suffer injuries.

Hazard: The exposed slicing blade on top of the unit can cut a consumer's fingers or hand during use.

Hazard: Consumers can cut their fingers and hands while using the product.

Hazard: The Start/RER switch for the SDI models and the Start switch for the V-1000 models may be defective, creating two potential problems: Condition A: If the operator leaves the engine cut out switch in the "ON" position and the tether cut out switch cap on the switch post, the vehicle may start by itself (SDI models and V-1000 models). Condition B: While vehicle is idling, the engine may stop and then restart in the reverse stationary mode (SDI models only). Both of these conditions may be hazardous to the driver, as well as to persons nearby.

Hazard: If batteries used in the mobile leak, the caustic liquid can seep out of the battery compartment, posing a risk of chemical burns to babies.

Hazard: The extension cords and lights have undersized wiring, are not properly polarized, have inadequate grounding, faulty electrical connections, and plastic handles that, once ignited, continue to burn and spread flames, posing a shock, electrocution, and fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The nightlight poses a serious electrocution, electric shock, burn and fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The electric heater can overheat internal plastic components and damage the wiring, posing a fire and electrocution hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The handles on the pancake makers are unable to withstand the heat of the device, causing the handle to fail to provide support, because of melting or breaking.

Hazard: The sets contain mini-cutters with razor blades, which pose a laceration hazard to young children.

Hazard: The slats on the drop-side rails can come loose or detach. A child's head can get caught in the space left by loose or missing slats, presenting an entrapment hazard. In addition, children can fall through the slat opening.

Hazard: Vehicle Accident

Hazard: In some units, the fuel tank vent could be installed incorrectly and become dislodged. If this occurs, fuel could leak and result in a fire.

Hazard: The blades can break off and hit consumers, causing severe impact and laceration injuries.

Hazard: When the flexible straw on the cups is chewed, small pieces of plastic can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: These sprinkler heads can corrode or minerals, salts and other contaminants in water can affect the rubber O-ring seals. These factors could cause the sprinkler heads not to activate in a fire.

Hazard: The helmets fail impact testing required under CPSC's safety standard for bicycle helmets, violating the Consumer Product Safety Act.

Hazard: A mechanism in the footrest can create a pinch point that can cause injury if consumers open or recline the chair by reaching underneath the footrest.

Hazard: The wiring in the lights can short, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The extension cords have undersized conductors and no over-current protection, which causes overheating, presenting a shock and fire hazard.

Hazard: The tip of the drumstick can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: Small parts on the vehicles can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: Children can fall or land on these dive sticks in shallow water and may suffer impalement injuries.

Hazard: Weil-McLain has determined that the gas valve mounting screws on the recalled boilers may have not been fully tightened during the assembly process and may have come loose in transportation. Weil-McLain is concerned that loose gas fittings could result in leaking gas, fire and/or explosions, that could cause bodily injuries or property damage.

Hazard: These saws can operate while the engine is at the "idle" setting, posing a risk of serious lacerations to the operator and bystanders.

Hazard: The fabric is not flame retardant and can be ignited by the lantern's votive candle, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The lighters lack child-resistant mechanisms that meet federal safety standards. Young children could operate these lighters, which poses a fire hazard.

Hazard: The three hinges along the fold-down drop gate can crack or break and allow babies to have their fingers pinched. Additionally, a misaligned latch where the latch trigger does not lock securely can allow the drop gate to open if a child leans on it, and the child could fall out.

Hazard: Some of the exercise units contain two faulty handlebar welds under the seat that could fail, allowing consumers to fall to the ground.
