Hazard: The legs of the stool can bend and the stools may collapse, when used on smooth hard floor surfaces.

Hazard: The front hood of the RTV900 utility vehicle can come off during operation, striking the driver or passenger and causing serious personal injury.

Hazard: The heat-sealed patches on the front of the garment can detach, posing a possible choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: These pictures have inadequate construction, incorrect wiring, and use flammable materials, all of which pose fire and electric shock hazards to consumers.

Hazard: Undersized o-rings installed on the cross bar can cause a loss of breathing air from the SCUBA cylinder, presenting a risk of drowning.

Hazard: These lawnmowers contain an electronic switch in their handlebar. In certain instances, this switch is not aligned properly, in which case the mower does not comply with the mandatory federal safety standard for lawnmowers under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act. The safety standards require that lawn mowers contain a blade control system that includes a handlebar that is designed to cause the motor to stop in the event that the operator ceases to maintain a grip on the handlebar. In units containing the defective switch, when the handlebar is released, the motor continues to run, which causes the blade to continue to spin. When this occurs, the potential for personal injury or property damage exists.

Hazard: The recalled cooktops have switches located too close to the gas tubing leading to the grill burner. Electrical arcing can cause the tubing to leak gas and ignite, resulting in a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The seat pin on the Power Pro with "Lat Tower" and Ultimate models can break or become disengaged, allowing the seat to move suddenly. Also, the incline support bracket on the Power Pro without a "Lat Tower" can break, allowing the incline bench to move suddenly. Both hazards pose a fall risk to the user.

Hazard: These furnaces can overheat, causing heat-exchanger cracking, burn-through and, in extreme cases, furnace wrapper burn-through. This can lead to heating and possible burning of the drywall and other combustibles adjacent to the furnace, which poses a fire and smoke hazard to consumers.

Hazard: These abrasive cut-off wheels do not have correct speed rating labels. If used at the labeled speed rating, the wheels can burst, causing possible injury to user and bystanders.

Hazard: The electric motor in the pressure washer can overheat and melt the housing, possibly igniting nearby flammable materials or exposing live electrical parts.

Hazard: These safes can be opened without the use of a combination by jiggling with the door knob. This could allow unauthorized access to a handgun and the potential for serious injury.

Hazard: Gas leak and fire hazard. The burner tubes may not fit fully into the gas valves. If a consumer pulls on the console, the metal may flex and the gas valves may disconnect from the burners, releasing gas and creating a fire risk that could cause injury and property damage.

Hazard: Loss of brake system pressure can decrease the effectiveness of the brakes.

Hazard: The headlamp battery may overheat, posing a burn or fire hazard to users.

Hazard: When the temperature controller on the blanket is reset multiple times or the blanket is folded or covered with additional blankets, the blanket can overheat. This can result in smoldering and melting, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Recessed thermal protector may cause a fire hazard if heater is left on, while covered by a blanket or similar item.

Hazard: Improper wiring at the heating coil could cause the pouch laminators to overheat and become a fire hazard.

Hazard: The top of the Manitou bicycle suspension fork, when fully compressed, may contact the front tire, resulting in a loss of control of the bicycle and presenting a fall hazard to a bicyclist.

Hazard: The plastic, handlebar-mounted, quick-release bags can fall off the bicycle while it is being ridden, causing the rider to crash.

Hazard: The decorative metal rings on the ends of the lamp fixtures can detach. Consumers could suffer minor burns if they touch the hot rings.

Hazard: The affected aerosol cans contain a defective spray valve that might stick when depressed, possibly emptying the can's flammable contents.

Hazard: These robes fail to meet the children's sleepwear flammability standards, posing a risk of burn injury to children, due to the possible ignition of the garment.

Hazard: An AFCI is an electrical circuit protection device (circuit breaker) that detects electrical arcs from cracked, broken or damaged electrical insulation and shuts off power to the circuit before the arcing leads to a fire. An electronic component failure inside the AFCIs can cause the devices to not detect an electrical arc. Although the AFCIs will function as regular circuit breakers, they may not detect an arc fault, posing a safety risk to consumers.

Hazard: A portion of the sole of the heel can separate or tear during use, which can result in injuries.

Hazard: The steering tube on the bicycle fork can crack or break, causing a sudden loss of steering control and causing a fall hazard to bicyclists.

Hazard: If the pilot light goes out, the gas valve can stick in an open position, permitting gas to continue to flow. This can result in a gas explosion and fire, which could result in severe personal injury or property damage.

Hazard: Some of the cell phone batteries supplied by the battery manufacturer may be counterfeit. This can cause the batteries to short-circuit, overheat and pose burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The chair arms can break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The lower steering shaft assembly may have a missing or misplaced weld that connects the steering wheel to the steering gear box assembly. If a weld is missing or misplaced, the lower steering shaft assembly could fail, causing the operator to lose control of the vehicle.
