Hazard: Overheating around the socket (where the bulb fits into the light box) can result in melted plastic and smoke, posing a possible fire and burn hazard.

Hazard: These bunk beds have gaps between parts of the upper bunk end structure that violate the federal safety standard, because they pose entrapment or strangulation hazards to children. The spaces exceed that allowed by the federal bunk bed safety standard, which is designed to protect children from entrapment and strangulation.

Hazard: The wooden rings on the holes of the product may crack, allowing the small wooden heads to fall out and pose a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: Tips of sewing needles have been found in the stuffing, posing a puncture hazard.

Hazard: A safety switch under the seat of these lawn tractors and riding mowers is designed to stop the mower blade turning within 5 seconds of the operator leaving the tractor seat. The recalled mowers' blades can continue to turn longer than 5 seconds after the operator leaves the seat, posing a laceration and amputation hazard.

Hazard: Because they do not fit together properly, the weights can fall off the handles of these dumbbells and strike the user.

Hazard: The fire pit spark screen can catch fire when it comes into direct contact with a flame, posing a burn and fire hazard to consumers.

Additionally, the 3-point seatbelt can fail to prevent a child from leaning forward or to either side, posing a risk that the child can fall forward and strike his/her head on the floor or the swing's frame.

Hazard: The weld between the side arch support and the top rail can fail. If that happens, the swings can collapse, causing children on the swings to fall and be injured by the falling top rail.

Hazard: CPSC has determined that some of this toy jewelry contains dangerous levels of lead, posing a risk of lead poisoning to children. Young children sometimes mouth or swallow items like these, and lead can leach from the jewelry into the child's body. Lead poisoning in children is associated with behavioral problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems and growth retardation.
