Hazard: In addition to the electric cord that plugs into the wall, these units have an electric cord with prongs on both ends that connect the generator to the smoker. If the unit is plugged into the wall socket and one end of the connecting cord is unplugged, there is an electric shock hazard.

Hazard: The blowers are missing the doors covering the vacuum inlet. This exposes the blower's fan blade, posing a risk of finger laceration to the user.

Hazard: The motor coil insulation can be worn away by vibration from the motor, which could pose a shock hazard.

Hazard: The products have a flashlight that relies on a powerful magnet and copper coil for manual recharging. The magnet adversely affects the polarity of the compass rendering it unreliable. The magnet could be powerful enough to disrupt a heart patient's Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator (ICD). The product's packaging lacks appropriate warning information.

Hazard: When the handlebar is released on the recalled lawnmowers, the motor could continue to run, which causes the blade to continue to spin. In addition, there is excessive heat build up in the wire coil inside the housing and also in the safety key.

Hazard: These gloves could contain aspergillus mold. Such mold usually does not affect healthy individuals, but could cause respiratory or other infections in individuals with chronic health problems or in individuals who have impaired immune systems.

Hazard: The recalled bicycle stems can crack or break under normal conditions, causing the rider to fall and suffer serious injury.

Hazard: The fuel hoses can leak if bent in an unreasonable fashion during installation or upon completion of installation. If an ignition source is present, a fire or explosion can occur.

Also the springs in the clutch assembly could come out of position, allowing a spring of the clutch to be projected from the saw housing, resulting in injury to the user.

Hazard: Alcohol can leak from defective soldering around the burner's copper tubing that acts as a wick, posing a fire and burn hazard.
