Hazard: Young children can insert their hands into the oven's opening and get their hands or fingers caught, posing an entrapment and burn hazard.

Hazard: The base of these vases can break off unexpectedly, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Liquid rinse-aid can leak from its dispenser and come into contact with the dishwasher's internal wiring, which can short-circuit and ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Incoming and outgoing messages to and from the control board can interfere with each other, preventing it from sending a message to the command center in the event of fire.

Hazard: The front suspension arm ball joints could have been contaminated during production, resulting in rapid wear of one or more of the ball joints and possible ball joint separation. If the ball joint separation occurs while riding, the operator could lose control of the ATV.

Hazard: The power cord is not polarized and is undersized. The power cord is not correctly secured and there is no strain relief on the switch housing. Additionally, the switch housing is not flame-retardant. As a result of these issues, the lamps pose shock and fire hazards.

Hazard: The wick can move from the center of the jar to the side, causing the glass to overheat and possibly crack or shatter. Exposure to broken glass and molten wax poses laceration and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: A manufacturing defect can cause consumers to receive an electric shock when the metal housing is touched.

Hazard: The tea light candles have a clear, plastic shell that can melt or ignite, posing a fire or burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: These boiler controls can fail, causing water temperature to rise to the high temperature limit. Should the high temperature thermostat or external safety limit devices also fail, consumers could suffer scalds from unexpectedly hot water during use or system piping damage can result.

Hazard: The trunk has an exterior clasp that can lock unexpectedly when the trunk lid closes. If a child climbs inside the trunk, he/she may not be able to open the trunk from the inside. This poses an entrapment and suffocation hazard to children.

Hazard: These electric hair dryers are not equipped with an immersion protection plug to prevent electrocution if the hair dryer falls into water. Electric shock protection devices are required by industry standards for all electric hand-held hair dryers. If the hair dryer falls into water during use and is not equipped with this safety device, it can pose a shock and/or an electrocution hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Electrical arcing in the fan's wiring can cause a fire hazard.

Hazard: On the recalled ATVs, the handlebar base mounting bolts, tie-rod ends and tie-rod adjustment locking nuts may not have been tightened to the proper torque during the production process. Operating an affected ATV could cause components to loosen, resulting in loss of steering control. This condition could result in loss of vehicle control, which could result in injury or death.

Hazard: A water leak inside the water cooler can create an electrical arc, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The boiler assembly is not properly sealed. Exhaust and carbon monoxide (CO) can leak during operation and accumulate, posing a risk of poisoning.

Hazard: The impact of being dropped or banged can cause the cup to break into pieces, resulting in sharp or jagged edges that pose a laceration hazard to children.

Hazard: Tiny magnets inside the building pieces can fall out. Magnets found by young children can be swallowed or aspirated. If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract each other and cause intestinal perforation or blockage, which can be fatal.

Hazard: The highchair can collapse if it is not fully opened and locked into place from the storage position prior to use. If the highchair collapses, a child occupying the highchair can be injured.

Hazard: Small parts on the plush rattles and frame ornaments can break or detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Additionally, the rattles' plastic ring can break and expose sharp points.

Hazard: The pendant on the necklace contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Hazard: The flexible plastic ring that holds the teether beads in place can crack or break, and the beads can detach, posing a choking hazard to infants.

Hazard: The product can crack, break or shatter when used with the tea light candles that accompany them, yielding sharp pieces of glass that pose a laceration hazard.

Hazard: These air pumps can overheat and explode during use, posing a risk of lacerations to the user and nearby consumers.

Hazard: On some of these units, the handlebar holder, tie-rod adjustment, and tie-rod end nuts may not have been tightened to the proper torque. Operation of the vehicle can cause the nuts to loosen, resulting in a loss of steering control. This poses a crash hazard, which can result in injury or death.

Hazard: The garments have a drawstring through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children.

Hazard: The bicycle's front brake can fail, causing the rider to lose control and fall.

Hazard: The coatings on the snaps in the overalls and shirt contain excessive amounts of lead, posing a serious risk of lead poisoning and adverse health effects to young children.

Hazard: The heaters can overheat and smoke, which could pose a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: These pool heaters can emit excessive carbon monoxide (CO), posing a risk of CO poisoning in the event of a vent leak in an indoor installation.
