Hazard: The plastic portion of the step can break, posing a fall hazard to the user.

Hazard: The balls on top of the giraffe's horns can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: Young children can remove and ingest the squirrel's nose, which poses a choking hazard.

Hazard: If a child places the soft, pliable plastic toy dart in his/her mouth, the toy can be inhaled into the throat and prevent the child from breathing.

Hazard: The denim shorts' metal snaps could detach from the shorts, posing a choking hazard.

Hazard: The sweatshirts fail to meet federal flammability standards for wearing apparel, posing a risk of burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The hooded sweatshirts have a drawstring at the neck which can pose a strangulation hazard to children.

Hazard: A welding deficiency can cause the bicycle frames to crack along the welds of the front triangle of the bicycle. This can cause the rider to lose control and crash.

Hazard: The spinning fan within the hair dryer can break apart, striking the hair dryer's plastic shell. This causes the plastic to shatter, creating a laceration hazard.

Hazard: The cribs' drop-side hardware can disengage from the tracks, causing the drop side to detach from the crib. When the drop-side partially detaches, it creates space between the drop side and the crib mattress. The bodies of infants and toddlers can become entrapped in the space, which can lead to strangulation and/or suffocation. Complete detachment of the drop sides can lead to falls from the crib. In addition, slats can detach from the sides of the cribs. Infants and toddlers can then become entrapped, strangle or fall out of the crib.

Hazard: The bicycle stem on the handlebars can crack and cause the rider to lose control, posing a risk of serious fall and injury.

Hazard: The recalled sleepwear fails to meet the federal children's sleepwear flammability standard, posing a burn hazard to children.

Hazard: The shock absorber mount can break and the shock absorber can make contact with the wheel spokes, posing a fall hazard to the rider.

Hazard: The water bottle spouts can break or crack, posing a choking hazard to children and adults.

Hazard: Strangulations can occur when a child places his/her neck between the exposed inner cord and the fabric on the backside of the blind or when a child pulls the cord out and wraps it around his/her neck.

Hazard: An "S" hook on the chain connecting the fixture to the ceiling can straighten when subjected to high impact forces, resulting in the light fixture falling. This poses an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The steering column support assembly can crack and cause the rider to lose steering control, posing a risk of injury or death to riders.

Hazard: The drop side hardware can break or fail, allowing the drop side to detach from the crib. When the drop side detaches, a hazardous gap is created between the drop side and the crib mattress in which infants and toddlers can become wedged or entrapped, posing a risk of suffocation and strangulation. In addition, children can fall from the cribs when the drop side detaches or fails to lock.

Hazard: The crib's tubular metal mattress-support frame can bend or detach and cause part of the mattress to collapse, creating a space into which an infant or toddler can roll and become wedged, entrapped or fall out of the crib.

Hazard: The drive pulley bolts on the snowmobiles can break due to oil contamination during the assembly process. This can cause debris to come off the vehicle and act as projectiles, posing a laceration hazard to riders or bystanders.

Hazard: Surface paint on the red eggs contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
