Hazard: The dog puzzle included with both of these products and the rubber handle on the box of the activity set can tear apart into small pieces and pose a choking hazard to small children.

Hazard: The eyes on the pull toy can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: A mounting-bracket weld on the rear hub can come loose, resulting in rear brake failure and possible injury to operators.

Hazard: These lighters do not have child-resistant mechanisms, as required by federal law. Young children could ignite the lighters, posing fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: The seat post's cradle, which attaches to the bicycle seat, can break, posing the risk of falls and serious injury to riders.

Hazard: The glass casing of the thermometer displays attached to these grills can break or shatter, posing a risk of cuts or other serious injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The product's design allows consumers to light the grill at an air intake tube, instead of at the burner. Though the grill appears to function normally, gas inside the air intake tube ignites. The tube can reach temperatures of up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit and present a burn hazard to consumers. In some earlier grills, the heat produced by lighting the grill at the air intake tube damaged the plastic support piece and caused the grill to fall to the ground. When it collapses, flames from the grill can burn nearby consumers and ignite surrounding combustibles.

Hazard: The U-Line™ submersible pressure gauge that is part of the dive consoles can malfunction and display inaccurate pressure readings. Divers using the consoles could fail to decompress properly during a dive, causing decompression sickness.

Hazard: The juicer's filter and lid can break apart and project metal and plastic into the air, causing injuries to consumers.

Hazard: If the pressurized can is left in a hot automobile, it can forcefully break apart and cause injury to a nearby consumer.

Hazard: When the chair collapses, the folding mechanism can pose a crushing, cutting or severing hazard to consumers' fingers.

Hazard: Cracks can develop near the base of the posts. This can allow the railing to collapse, potentially injuring people on the deck.

Hazard: These drip pans are used under the burners of kitchen ranges to catch food that drips while cooking. The hot burners can ignite the drip pans and pose a fire hazard.

Hazard: The walk-behind lawn mowers' side discharge deflector, which is sold as an accessory for these models, is defective. The material used to manufacture the side discharge deflector is not strong enough to prevent projectiles from flying out from under the mower deck, exposing consumers and by-standers to possible injuries from flying debris.

Hazard: The lighters may have child-resistant mechanisms that do not meet federal safety standards. Young children may be able to operate these lighters, which could pose a fire hazard.

Hazard: The adapter plug can separate when the plug is removed, exposing live electrical conductors, posing an electric shock or electrocution hazard to consumers.
