Hazard: The spring and adjuster can separate from the suspension fork and strike the rider, causing injuries.

Hazard: The problem with the RANGER vehicles and UTVs involves the swing arm, which is part of the rear suspension. During operation of the vehicle, the pivot bolts of the swing arm can loosen and fall out. If this happens, the swing arm can become partially disconnected from the frame. This can result in the vehicle losing power, because the drivetrain connection to the wheels is no longer maintained. If this were to occur, the loss of power and resulting swing arm disorientation could cause the operator to lose control of the vehicle, resulting in injury to the operator.

Hazard: The platform edge, where the bridges are attached, can crack and the bridge could potentially detach from the platform and result in injuries.

Hazard: The catalytic muffler can overheat and damage the fuel tank, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The drill's switch can malfunction and overheat, posing the possibility of a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The motor housing on the saw may crack, posing a risk of electric shock to consumers.

Hazard: The ball joints on the front suspension of these ATVs can fail, resulting in a loss of control. This can cause the ATV to overturn, posing a risk of serious injury or death to riders.

Hazard: The pressure switch in the braking system leaks fluid. The unexpected loss of fluid can cause the brakes to fail, posing the risk of serious injury or death.

Hazard: The recalled units can take longer than normal, up to 18 seconds, to display readings of AC voltages above 500 volts. Users can misinterpret the delayed reading to mean that high voltage is not present. If high voltage is present, users could be exposed to a risk of shock, electrocution, and thermal burns.

Hazard: The water heater may have been fitted with incorrectly made flue gas baffles. These baffles may affect fuel combustion, resulting in excessive carbon monoxide emissions, which can cause serious injuries and death.

Hazard: The circuit board inside the steam iron can ignite and present a fire hazard.

Hazard: The recalled valves can have sharp internal edges that can cut into gasket seals in the valves, causing a propane gas leak. This poses a risk of fire or burn injuries.

Hazard: The steer tube on the front of these bicycles can break off from the two main tubes of the frame, causing the rider to lose control, fall and possibly suffer serious injury.

Hazard: The stem can break away from the bicycle, causing a loss of control, falls and serious injury to riders.

Hazard: Salty sea spray can cause the electrical capacitor within these units to corrode, posing a possible fire hazard.

Hazard: The circuit breakers may have an incorrect torque load applied to the lug mounting screws. This could cause the clamping load between the lug and the circuit breaker terminals to be lower than specified, resulting in a high temperature condition. Products could overheat causing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Pins in the rear of the box, that connect to the power cord, could break, which could pose an electric shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Fuel from the engine can spill out, if the fun-kart overturns, posing serious fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The wheel and axle assemble may break off during skating, resulting in injury to the skater.

Hazard: The wooden peg can come off of the Star Clacker toy and pose a choking hazard. The Ride-On Duck's wheel cap can break, allowing the wheel to come off and release small parts, also presenting a choking hazard to young children. The Star Clacker wooden toys, also do not comply with the Federal Hazardous Substance Act for design and construction of baby rattles, due to the handle length.

Hazard: Some of the legs on these chairs were mis-assembled by the installer and a piece of the chair could be bent out of shape. This can allow the chair to collapse during use, causing consumers to suffer injuries from falls.

Hazard: The media cart has metal and plastic casters that can break, causing a television or other objects on the cart to fall and injure consumers nearby.

Hazard: Under certain operating conditions, the rear wheel hub may crack or wear and spin free on its axle, resulting in a loss of power to the wheel and brake, which poses the risk of injury to consumers.

Hazard: Excessive heat, vibrations and wear causes the fuel line to droop over time and rub against the transmission fan, causing the fuel line to be cut. This poses a fire hazard and a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The lawn mowers have a rear-mounted grass bag that does not seal properly to the rear door of the mower, allowing grass and other debris to be thrown out at the top of the bag. This could result in injury to the operator or bystanders.

Hazard: An incompatible grommet, located in the battery compartment to protect internal wires, can cause the meter to provide inaccurate voltage and current readings. A meter that inaccurately indicates zero voltage or current creates the potential for electric shock or an electrocution hazard from the equipment being tested.

Hazard: The cords have undersized wires, presenting a shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: These hairdryers are not equipped with an appliance leakage current interrupter (ALCI) plug to cut off electrical current in case of contact with water. If dropped in water, the hairdryers pose an electrocution hazard to consumers.

Hazard: A child can pull the horn from the steering wheel, and a small part inside poses a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The plastic windows on the "see-inside" sorting blocks can break, causing the beads inside to be released. This presents a choking hazard to children.
