Hazard: The baby walkers can fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these baby walkers could be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.

Hazard: Solder connections in the main power supply of the sewing machines can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The product's design allows consumers to light the grill at an air intake tube, instead of at the burner. Though the grill appears to function normally, gas inside the air intake tube ignites. The tube can reach temperatures of up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit and present a burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: These electric fans have undersized wiring, use a power plug that is not polarized, overheat and have an improperly sized grill, all of which could cause electrocution, electric shock, fire, and finger entrapment hazards to consumers.

Hazard: A spring mechanism integrated with the damper, is designed to close the damper during a fire to limit the spread of smoke, fire and fumes. The recalled actuators can jam and prevent the dampers from closing. If dampers fail to close during a fire, serious injury or death can be suffered by building occupants because smoke, fire and fumes can spread through a building's ventilation system.

Hazard: The hose barbs that are used for the fuel fittings on the bottom of the fuel tank may have been overly tightened and possibly the wrong sealer was used during assembly. This can cause the threaded joint to fail and the sealer to not adhere to the joint itself. Fuel can drip from the tank, posing a fire hazard. In addition, there was a casting flaw in the aluminum housing on the front suspension. This could cause the front wheel to come loose from the connection point, causing the rider to lose control of the vehicle.

Hazard: The candleholder can unexpectedly shatter and cause cuts to consumers.

Hazard: An electrical component in the lawn mower can overheat, posing a possible fire hazard.

Hazard: A short circuit can occur in the battery compartment, creating a possible thermal burn hazard to consumers, if the battery compartment lid is touched.

Hazard: The paint on some of the figurines contains excess levels of lead. If ingested over time by children, the lead from the paint may present a lead poisoning hazard.

Hazard: The lithium ion batteries in these bicycles can overheat and pose a fire hazard.

Hazard: A manufacturing defect inside the charger can cause overheating of internal connections or external wiring, presenting a fire hazard.

Hazard: The capacitors on these compressors can overheat, catch fire and ignite the plastic cover above the capacitor.

Hazard: Certain units have been found to leak current from the heating element, posing a risk of electric shock.

Hazard: A design defect in the gas control assembly can allow main burner gas to prematurely enter the firebox during lighting. The ignition of this excess gas can cause the glass window to shatter, presenting the risk of burns or cuts from broken glass.

Hazard: The basketball hoops can have a sharp protruding bolt on the player's side of the pole, that can cause serious leg or body lacerations to consumers. Basketball players can be cut when they collide with the pole, as they drive toward the basket or when they fall or are pushed into the pole.

Hazard: Due to a manufacturing defect, consumers using these cameras can suffer an electrical shock.

Hazard: A miniature "Coca-Cola" bottle that attaches to the body of the plush bear key chain can come off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: Screws in the chests' lid support hinges can loosen over time, and come out from the base of the toy chests. If this happens, the lids of the toy chests can collapse suddenly, possibly causing injuries to children's head, neck, fingers or hands.

Hazard: The vendor who manufactured the mulch plates for Lawn-Boy used the wrong material, making the plates brittle and easy to crack or break if struck by a stone or stick while mowing. Objects coming through a broken plate or pieces of the plate could possibly injure the operator or bystanders.

Hazard: The length of the crank arm in the 2003 model fails to allow sufficient space between the rider's foot and the front wheel, when the front wheel is turned backwards. The rider's foot could come in contact with the front wheel, causing the rider to lose control, fall and possibly suffer serious injury.

Hazard: The cutting blade can separate from the center-coring ring during use, causing cuts to consumers' hands and fingers.

Hazard: The hairdryers do not have an immersion protection device on the power cord and could present a serious electrocution hazard, if exposed to water.

Hazard: The juice extractor's filter and lid can break apart while in use, projecting parts into the air, causing injuries to nearby consumers.

Hazard: The pressure gauge lens can separate from the pump and strike a consumer, causing injury.

Hazard: On all models, the brake pad may separate from the backing plate, which could cause brake failure. The brake pads will be replaced on all of the models. On model numbers S02NX4CS and S02NX4CSR the brake disc rivets may shear, which could cause brake failure. On these models, the brake disc and the brake pads will be replaced.

Hazard: The dowels connecting the barstools' legs to the seat are not properly secured. During use, the barstools can collapse, posing a risk of injury to the consumer.

Hazard: The lighters do not have child-resistant mechanisms, as required by federal law. Young children could ignite the lighters, presenting fire and burn hazards.
