Hazard: The jackets do not meet the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles under the Federal Flammable Fabrics Act.

Hazard: The fleece fabric on the inside of these sweatshirts fails to meet federal mandatory standards of fabric flammability, because it can ignite readily if exposed to flame, and therefore presents a serious risk of burn injuries, in violation of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Act.

Hazard: The limbs of these bows can break during use, causing impact injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The "AA" batteries provided with each flashlight can leak, which could cause irritation to the skin. When disassembled, the flashlights also have small parts that can pose a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: Fuel can leak out of the chain saw's tank, which could cause a fire or injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Metal inserts inside the swing seats can wear through and cause lacerations to children.

Hazard: The sets contain razor knives, which pose a laceration hazard to children.

Hazard: The flashlights can overheat and cause the batteries to leak, posing a risk of burns to children.

Hazard: The ramps can crack, causing users to fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: There is a small risk that the quick release axles of the rear wheels do not lock correctly. If the quick release axle is not fully and properly engaged, the wheel could become detached while moving. A detached wheel could result in loss of control of the cycle and potential for serious injury or death, due to a fall or collision with another object.

Hazard: Flames from the tea-light candle can ignite the candleholder, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The circuit board in the lamps can overheat and melt the plastic housing, posing a fire or thermal burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: A cable that secures the treestand to the tree can break, posing the risk of falls and serious injuries to hunters.

Hazard: Air baths release heated bubbles into the water. A heating element on these baths can fail to shut off, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Some of the ATVs were assembled with a wire harness that may have broken ground wire strands from an improperly crimped wire splice. Broken ground wire strands could result in electrical open circuits. An electrical open circuit could prevent the tail/stop lamp from illuminating or could cause the CDI-unit of the ignition to not function. If the CDI-unit does not function, the engine will stop running, possibly leaving the rider stranded away from his or her base of operation.

Hazard: The frames on some of these bicycles have been improperly manufactured, causing too much of the thickest portion of the downtube to be removed. This could cause the frame to break during use, resulting in falls and serious injury to riders.

Hazard: The printers can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The plastic beads inside of the bears could come out of the seams, posing an aspiration hazard to young children, who could inhale the small beads.

Hazard: Internal wiring can abrade on metal parts, presenting a risk of electric shock to consumers if the insulation wears through.

Hazard: The frames of these bicycles can break apart, causing the rider to fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: If a consumer inadvertently releases the spring-loaded staple magazine while holding the stapler close to his/her face, there is a risk of injury from a fully loaded magazine striking a consumer in the face.

Hazard: The hanger bracket can break, which could cause the fan to fall from the ceiling and seriously injure anyone standing nearby.

Hazard: The side discharge chute is defective. The material used to manufacture the side discharge chute is not strong enough to prevent projectiles from flying out from under the mower deck, exposing consumers and by-standers to possible injuries from flying debris.

Hazard: There have been reports that some tea-light candles burning in the candleholder could flare up, posing a fire hazard and a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The flame of a candle placed inside the Jack-O-Lantern could ignite the straw ribbon on the outside, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The cooking controls are miswired, which can pose a shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The antenna on the pull toy can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.

Hazard: The seams can separate, exposing the polyester stuffing and foam beads. The foam beads pose a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The eyes on the toys can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
