Hazard: CPSC and DAPC are investigating whether the fuel tanks on the generators can crack where the tanks mount on the frame, posing a fire hazard. As a precaution until that evaluation is complete, consumers should not put more than three gallons of gasoline in the fuel tanks at any time.

Hazard: The balls may pose a suffocation hazard to children under three years of age. Pokemon balls are the ball-shaped plastic containers that hold Pokemon toys in Burger King kids meals. Either half of the Pokemon ball can become stuck on a child's face, covering the nose and mouth and may cause suffocation of a child under three years of age.

Hazard: When used as an infant carrier, the handle can unexpectedly move from the intended carrying position, causing the seat to suddenly rotate. When this happens, the infant can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries.

Hazard: These lights have undersized wires that can easily pull out of the plugs and individual light sockets, posing fire and shock hazards.

Hazard: The mess kit's sauce pan handle does not lock into place and the mess kit's fry pan handle can bend during use, spilling hot foods or liquids onto consumers and causing serious burns.

Hazard: The top bunk does not have guardrails on both sides. A child could fall or become entrapped between the wall and the mattress if there are not guardrails on the top bunk.

Hazard: When removing the sewing machine's power cord from the power transformer on the sewing machine, loose pins from the power transformer could remain in the cord, posing a risk of electric shock.

Hazard: The straps on the bottom of the net can break. Children can fall out under the net and off the trampoline and be injured.

Hazard: There are 7-inch drawstrings at the bottom of the jackets. Children could be dragged if the drawstrings catch in a vehicle's door, and suffer injury or death.

Hazard: Children could strangle on loops or openings in nets that come unhooked from the rim or have knots that slide. If children put their heads into these openings, the net can get tangled around their necks.

Hazard: These humidifiers can develop an electrical short, presenting a fire hazard.

Hazard: The swings, which were manufactured by Century from 1991 through 1997, have shoulder harness straps that are placed over each shoulder and buckled between the infant's legs. If the straps on these swings loosen or are unbuckled, an infant can become tangled in the straps and strangle.

Hazard: If the strobe becomes flooded, gas build-up can cause the battery cap to forcefully eject off of the strobe or cause the front section of the strobe to violently separate from the back section. Pieces of the strobe can strike the user or others in the vicinity.

Hazard: These bikes could have defective handlebar stems, which will not tighten sufficiently to lock onto the bicycles. This can cause the front wheel not to turn properly, resulting in serious injuries to the rider, from falls.

Hazard: Sharp edges on these lights could cut the insulation on the wiring. If the wires become exposed, consumers could suffer shocks or electrocution. There is also a risk of fire. In addition, some of these lights could overheat and cause the same problems.

Hazard: The batteries in the tester could fail to maintain proper contact due to corrosion within the battery compartment, causing the device to lose power. Consumers testing electrical sources could fail to be warned of the presence of live current if the tester is not powered, posing a risk of shock, electrocution, and thermal burns.

Hazard: The housing of the extension cord reels could become energized, resulting in electrical shock or electrocution.

Hazard: The cords have undersized wires, incorrect ratings, lack overcurrent protection and allow polarize plugs to be incorrectly inserted into the receptacles. These cords present fire, shock and electrocution hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The jackets and sweatshirts have hood drawstrings. Children can get entangled and strangle in the drawstrings that catch on playground equipment, fences or tree branches.

Hazard: The lighters do not have any child-resistant mechanisms, as required by federal law. Young children could ignite the lighters, presenting fire and burn hazards.
