Hazard: The riding mower's exhaust system can ignite fuel vapors from spilled fuel if the engine backfires.

Hazard: The fuel tanks on these mowers can crack and leak fuel, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The paint on the metal mesh can ignite when exposed to a direct flame, posing a serious fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The paperweights can leak petroleum distillates, which can pose ingestion and flammability hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The ranges could tip-over if a heavy weight is placed on an open oven door, posing a risk of burn injuries from hot food or liquids in cooking containers.

Hazard: The soap may get too hot when heated in the microwave oven and leak from the plastic container, posing a burn hazard to children.

Hazard: An electrical component in the control system at the base of the unit can fail and cause overheating. This poses a risk of fire and burns to consumers.

Hazard: The systems can fail to communicate with the central station that should receive the distress signal, which then would fail to alert the fire department, police department, or ambulance service. This poses a safety risk to consumers.

Hazard: The controls have an electronic relay that may fail in a manner that will allow the burner to operate and by-pass the interlock with the flue damper. The interlock assures proper operation of the damper for removal of combustion gases. If the interlock fails, excess carbon monoxide emissions may occur.

Hazard: The supplements being recalled are not packaged in child-resistant packaging, as required under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. If ingested by children, these iron-containing supplements can cause serious injury or death.

Hazard: Internal corrosion to the inner wall of the air receiver tank can cause the air tank to unexpectedly rupture, allowing pressurized air to suddenly and forcefully escape, posing risk of injury to consumers.

Hazard: The product's design allows consumers to light the grill at an air intake tube, instead of at the burner. When the grill is lit at the air intake tube, it will appear to function normally, though gas inside the air intake tube will ignite. The tube can reach temperatures of up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit and melt the grill's plastic support piece. Grills manufactured before August 1998 that are lit at the air intake tube may collapse during use. When the grill collapses, flames from the lit grill can burn nearby consumers and ignite surrounding combustibles.

Hazard: The longest knife in the set when inserted "blade side-up" can protrude through the bottom of the knife block, presenting a risk of laceration injuries to consumers, when the block is carried.

Hazard: The Snack and Activity Trays are sold with detached suction cups that the consumer installs. If the suction cups are not properly attached, they can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The kettle's cover traps steam inside of the kettle, causing an increase in pressure. This forces hot water to rise and escape through the spout, posing a serious burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The eyes and noses of these bears can come off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The paint coating on some of these pedal cars contains high lead levels. CPSC standards ban toys and other children's products containing high levels of lead. Young children could ingest the lead from the car's paint coating, presenting a lead poisoning hazard.
