Hazard: In an extreme fire situation, it is possible for the electronic wires and mounting holes to become exposed, posing a fire hazard risk. There is no danger of latch failure, nor will this prevent normal egress during an emergency evacuation.

Hazard: The burners on these boilers could produce excess carbon monoxide (CO) in the flue, due to improper combustion, posing a risk of CO poisoning to consumers.

Hazard: The rattle may break, causing small beads to fall out, which presents a potential choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The second stage orifices on these regulators can be cracked, bent or broken. This can result in a loss of breathing air underwater.

Hazard: The slats on the cribs can loosen and detach from the drop side rail, creating a large opening between the slats, where a child's head or neck could become entrapped, resulting in serious injury or death.

Hazard: The bike's universal joint system can fail, causing a rider to lose control of the bike. This poses a risk of injury to either of the two riders.

Hazard: The rear seatstays, the tube behind the seat that connects the rear axle to the rear shock, can break, possibly causing the rider to lose control and crash.

Hazard: The Power Planner is a device connected between motorized appliances and wall outlets that is intended to save electricity. These Power Planners have reversed polarity, posing a shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: A component of the electronic control panel can malfunction, causing the motor and walking belt to rapidly accelerate and the user can lose balance and fall.

Hazard: These Extra Outlet PlugIns® may have been misassembled during manufacture, which could pose a risk of fire.

Hazard: The forks on these bicycles can break apart, causing riders to lose control, fall and suffer serious injury.

Hazard: The rockets' foam tips can break off, exposing sharp edges that can cause face lacerations or eye injuries to consumers. The rocket systems also have weak pump handles that can break during use, posing a risk of hand lacerations to consumers.

Hazard: The key chains can leak petroleum distillates, which can pose an ingestion hazard to children.

Hazard: The plastic wheel assemblies on these wheelbarrows, manufactured by a predecessor company, can break when being inflated with high-pressure air hoses. This can result in plastic pieces exploding from the rims of the wheels, possibly hitting nearby consumers and causing lacerations and other injuries.

Hazard: Over time, the heat exchanger could become blocked, creating a potential ventilation and cracking problem, posing a fire hazard, if nearby combustibles ignite.

Hazard: A wiring problem on the lawnmower's circuit board may cause some of the safety functions to become inoperable. The mower may continue to operate, after the Operator Presence Control Bar is released. The blade also may continue to spin for an extended period of time, after the mower has been shut off. Contact with a moving lawnmower blade can result in lacerations or serious injury to the hand or foot.

Hazard: It is possible to misassemble the seats of these swings, so that they appear secure, but are not. If the seat of the swing is not properly attached, the seat and baby can flip forward.

Hazard: The spindle on the saw may slip, causing the blade to contact the lower guard, posing a hazard to the consumer, from an exposed blade.

Hazard: The hot & cold water dispenser's heater band can short circuit, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: When an RM or ZM model heatbox (replacing a ZA or RA model heatbox) is inserted into a ZAC wall can and wired through a fitting in the top-left wall can knock-out (see the picture), the RM or ZM model has the potential for continuous heater operation, regardless of thermostat settings or room temperature. This can cause the heater to overheat and catch nearby combustibles on fire.

Hazard: The plastic tubes can break from the wooden base, releasing beads, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: An insufficient connection between the lantern and the propane cylinder can allow gas to escape and ignite unexpectedly, posing a potential fire and injury hazard to consumers. This hazard can occur during the lighting or normal use of the lantern.

Hazard: The buttons in the center of the embroidered flowers on the shirt can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The chairs can collapse, posing crush and amputation hazards to consumer's fingers and toes.

Hazard: The internal hose connected to the trigger in the handle can detach, allowing hot water and/or steam to escape, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: A child could fall from a carrier when the seat restraint strap is not doubled-back through the slider if the carrier's safety harness is not used. The seat restraint strap is located between the child's legs when the child is seated.

Hazard: The basketball hoops may have a sharp protruding bolt on the players' side of the pole, that can cause serious leg or body lacerations to consumers, when the bolt is exposed.

Hazard: The lower body, with 1/4", 3/8", 7/16" inlet/outlet diameter, may have a machining defect that can create a thin wall on the bottom of the casting. The cast area may break through partially or completely in a circular pattern when rapped, causing an external leak. The leaking gas may cause a fire.

Hazard: When one of the front doors is open, a child's finger can become stuck inside spaces between parts of the hinges, causing finger crushing or pinching to occur while the door is closing.

Hazard: The riding mower's exhaust system can ignite fuel vapors from spilled fuel if the engine backfires.
